Meditation #1 Summer’s Noon

Give into feelings

And let them be known

And strength will harness your every bone

Year’s ending with summer’s noon

Quoting those poets from the romantic bloom

Show willingness to fight, for whatever is your right

Live into the day, sink into the night

Leave all loneliness outside

Be your own spirit guide

In all of what has come and all what we have lost

Make it work for your mind to bear the cost

Too quick to be close to the best, in all of what we must digest

As the earth is turning, I feel my self-worth returning

Flying over the mountains of summer’s noon

When high tide is coming, keep that water running

Knowing you keep me alive

What makes us human, I believe is becoming to be stamped out. Words are so important, both spoken and on the page. Words make up the most powerful elements of our humanity. So, I'm feeling supersonic, why me why not? SF
