Summer ‘23

May the sun of May wash away
All that we have done
Who dares do more is none

Springs from the wells of my mind
Continue to seek out the happiness
Of all mankind

Two foxgloves side by side
Igniting in flower, standing tall
As one power

How the chaffinch cascades beneath the sky
Soft and delicate wings flying so high

Enter this blooming nature of summer…
One like no other

p.s. can you tell that I love summer?
