sounds & songs of the earth

Sounds and songs of the earth
Blend into life’s mortal mirth

Where judgement casts a welcome spring
Wellness drops and golden signets sing

Bluebells ignite the ground
A million souls in purple shroud

An ancient brook that sits across
a winding stone wall of moss

When all one’s love turns into sun What more do we dare to become

A basking sweet mellow brook bubbling with opportunity. This is what greeted me near Hebden Bridge, Yorkshire. The poem brings with it nature infused with humanity.
